AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON, CALIFORNIA,
REGARDING POSITIONS AND EMPLOYMENT IN THE CITY OF
CARSON AND AMENDING THE CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON, CALIFORNIA, DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Code Amendment. Subsections (g) and (h) of Section 2903
(Competitive Service), Chapter 2 (Personnel System), Article II (Administration), are
amended to read as follows:
"(g) City Administrator; Deputy City Administrator and Director of
Recreation & Community Services;
"(h) Director of Community Development; Director of Engineering
Services; Director of Facilities & Maintenance; Director of Finance; Director of
Public Safety;"
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July
1995.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do hereby certify that the
whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the foregoing ordinance,
being Ordinance No. 95-1066, passed first reading on July 5 1995, was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly
and regularly held on July 18 1995, and that the same was passed and
adopted by the following role call vote:
