AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF
THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section . That an amendment to the contract between the City Council of the
City of Carson and the Board of Administration is hereby authorized, a copy of said
amendment being attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A", and by such reference made a
part hereof as though herein set out in full.
Section . The Mayor of the City of Carson is hereby authorized, empowered,
and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of said Agency.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 21st day of November ,
1995.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do hereby certify
that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the foregoing
ordinance, being Ordinance No. 95-1073 passed first reading on November 7 , 1995,
was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said
Council, duly and regularly held on the 21st day of November, 1995, and that the same
was passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
