AWARDING CONTRACT FOR WEED CONTROL MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret requires lawn maintenance services of various
kinds within the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has solicited and received sealed bid proposals for
said services; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has reviewed all bid proposals and has recommended
the award of contracts to provide said services to the lowest responsible bidder with
regard to the same.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follows:
1. That the 2019 Weed Control Maintenance Contract with RZ Tech Pest
Control of Basking Ridge, NJ in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00 is
hereby approved.
2. A copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Director of
Engineering, Purchasing Department and RZ Tech Pest Control.
Adopted this 17" day of October, 2019
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 18, 2019.
