It has come to our attention that your property located at 2401 N. Ocean Blvd, in the Town
of Gulf Stream, Florida may be in violation of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Gulf Stream
("Town Code").
A Gulf Stream resident has reported that you have been placing debris in the Intracoastal
waterway. This is a violation of the Town Code of Ordinances, § 22-1. Litter. which reads as
follows:
Sec. 22-1. - Litter.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or discard any filth, dirt, garbage,
shells, trash or refuse or other thing in the waters of the Intracoastal Waterway
(ICWW), in any canal, or the Atlantic Ocean, or in waters within the town limits or
adjacent to the town limits. This section shall apply to residents of the town, visitors
or boaters.
This is to be considered official notice to discontinue these activities immediately. In the
event that you can provide evidence that other regulatory agencies have permitted you to conduct
these activities, please provide a copy of the permit prior to continuing these activities. Failure to

discontinue these activities without providing a copy of a permit(s) will result in the Town taking
corrective action, up to and including an appearance before the Special Magistrate and further
action as provided in Chapter 2, Article III, Division 2 of the Town Code. A copy of the Town

The same Gulf Stream resident has indicated that you are conducting Golf Course
maintenance activities prior to dawn. Please be advised that you may conduct any groundskeeping
and maintenance activities contained in Gulf Stream Town Code § 22-67. Regulated Activities.
between dawn and dusk on any day, including holidays, any time of the year. However, you may
not conduct these activities after dusk, or prior to dawn. To the extent that your groundskeeping
staff are mowing the golf course early in the morning, please be sure they do not start before dawn.
Failing to comply with this order shall result in an appearance before the Special Magistrate and
further action as provided in Chapter 2, Article III, Division 2 of the Town Code.
