RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT
AMENDING RULES OF PROCEDURE TO PERMIT
APPROVAL OF CERTAIN CLAIMS ON AN ANNUAL
BASIS
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Park
District does resolve as follows:
Section 1. Section 1.495 of the Rules of Proce-
dure is amended to read as follows:
1.495 Claims.9 No claim against the
district shall be paid unless the same
shall be first approved by a majority
of the board at a meeting thereof. Pay-
ment of employees' salaries and fringe
benefits and other recurring claims may
be authorized by the board on an annual
basis.

Section 2. Resolution No. 73-26 is repealed.
