Dear Mr. Iglesias,
PBS&J is presenting, herein, a Revised Proposal for Professional Services for the Village of Key
Biscayne for the design and preparation of construction documents for reclaimed water mains for
Zone 1 and Zone 2/3.
Revised Scope of Work
The revision to the scope of work consists of reducing the linear footage of the proposed pipe line
from approximately 40,000 LF to approximately 9,100 LF of reclaimed water mains. The remainder
of the scope is the same.

Budget
PBS&J is proposing a Lump Sum Fee of $142,700 to complete the Tasks 1 through 6.
Exceptions
The following are not included in this proposal:
• Making substantial revisions to drawings, specifications, or other documents when such revisions
are inconsistent with written approvals or instructions previously given, or are due to causes
beyond the control of PBS&J
• Construction Management Services
• As -built or record drawings for this project
• Easement Documents
• Public Hearings
• Capital Financing Plan
• Environmental Assessments
• Services Associated with Easement Acquisitions
• Value Engineering
• SRF Related Activities
• Any additional services other than those specified herein
