My name is Jaime Scheid. I would like to request records for an offense that occurred on 2/11/2014 by a lady named
Nicole Sain?l. I have viewed the judgement and see that she was guilty however I am interested in the par?culars of the
case as far as why she was arrested etc. I have spoken to an officer there who has pulled the file out and has it on his
desk awai?ng my email request. The case # is 14-0279.
I appreciate any help you can give me.

The Town of Gulf Stream received your public records requests on June 30, 2023. You should
be able to view your request at the following link:

The Town now estimates that to fully respond to your request will require approximately two
and a half hours of administrative support at $67.41 per hour, the labor cost of the personnel
providing the service, per Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d). If the costs of producing these documents
will exceed your deposit, the Town will provide you with an initial production of responsive
records and an estimate for the production of any additional responsive records. If the costs of
production are less than the deposit, the Town will provide you with the responsive records and a
refund.
(2.5 hours @ $67.41) = Deposit Due: $168.53 in cash or check.
Upon receipt of your deposit, the Town will use its very best efforts to further respond to your
public records request in a reasonable amount of time. If we do not hear back from you within
30 days of this letter, we will consider this request closed.
