The Council of the Village of Medina met in special session on Monday, January
17, 1972 at 11:55 P. M.

All members present
Moved by Arthur Theis to approve the specifications for a Tandem Axle Dump
Truck, Dump Body and Hoist and One way Snowplow, Wing Assembly, Hydraulic
Pump and Controls.
Seconded by Thomas Stevens
Motion carried.
Moved by Robert7ra.nklin that we request that .:the Hamel Snoiamobile Club operate
a snow patrol t ^ lice and enforce mnowmobile ordinances within the Village.
Seconded by Thomas Stevens
Motion carried.
Moved by Robert Franklin to send a,letter to Donald Dayton of *the Metropolitan
Council Board, with a cop;; to Albert Hofstede, Chairman, recommending the
possible nomination of Lester Gerard to be a member of the new Metropolitan
Parks and Open Space Board.
Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers
Motion carried.
Moved by Robert Franklin to pass the LandFill Ordinance #139, increasing the
yearly fee from 3500.00 to 8750.00.
Seconded by Thomas Stevens
Motion carried.
Moved by Arthur Theis that the meeting adjourn.
