A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF
THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, ELECTING TO JOIN THE
PALM BEACH COUNTY MUNICIPAL LEAGUE AND
RATIFYING ITS CHARTER,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE
TOWN OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA:
That the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, a mu-
nicipal corporation existing under the laws of the
State of Florida, hereby elects to become a Member
of the Palm Beach County Municipal League effective
upon the passage of this Resolution, and does hereby
ratify the Charter of the Palm Beach County Munici-
pal League, copy of which is attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of September,
1970,
