Meeting Minutes
February 14, 2006
CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 AM. Present were Rick Fereday, Scott
Findlay, John Watkins, Bonnie Bertram and Don Bailey. Absent was Fred Drake.
There is one vacancy.
URBAN RENEWAL PLAN UPDATE PUBLIC HEARING
Mr. Millar showed a presentation on the update.
Mr. Fereday opened the hearing for public comment. Hearing none, he closed
the public hearing.
Mr. Millar advised that he has only received one public comment and that it is
from Mile High Marina.
Ms. Bertram made a motion to approve the Urban Renewal Plan Update. Don
Bailey seconded the motion and the motion carried unanimously.
APPROVAL OF EXPENDITURES
Mr. Millar advised the only expenditure since last month was a bill for $40.69 for
the public hearing advertisement.
Mr. Findlay made a motion to approve. Mr. Bailey seconded the motion and the
motion carried.
URBAN RENEWAL PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
Design Development Scope of Work
Mr. Millar passed out the McCall Urban Renewal Task Order 22, Lake Front
Design Development Draft Fee Estimate.
Mr. Larson advised that CH2M Hill manage a plan that was focused on
meaningful public input. He said that an advisory board will be created and
should include the Urban Renewal board and other stakeholders.

Mr. Fereday questioned whether all of the work was within the boundaries of the
Urban Renewal district.
Mr. Millar requested that the board to look over the proposal and to be prepared
to make a decision whether to adopt at the next meeting on the 21 st
Mr. Fereday advised Mr. Larson that he would like to see a map on the wall
outlining this project.
Mr. Fereday tabled any decision until the meeting next week.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:45 AM.
