Fro m June Staff Report: This application is being brought back befo re the A RPB due to a major modification to the appro ved landscape plan per the co nditio na l appro val during the March 24, 2022, ARPB meeting. The applicant seeks a pproval of a single-entry motor court in lieu of the previously approved dual entry circular driv eway, addition of Date Palms at the front entry, remo val of a number of trees in the fro nt and back yard (which have already been removed), a revised po ol layout, a nd minor modificatio ns to hardscape. Staff ask that the ARPB determine whether the remov al of trees has been sufficiently mitigated by the additio n of other trees as pa rt of the revised landscape plan.
