The City Council is requested to receive and file the Public Safety Commission actions
from their June 12, 2013 meeting.

On June 12, 2013, the Public Safety Commission held their regularly scheduled
meeting.

Following is a summary of actions taken at the June 12, 2013 Public Safety
Commission meeting:
1. ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner - Clift, Haddad, Redmond, Vice -Chairman Stratis,
Chairman Nimri
Absent: Commissioner - None
Excused: Commissioner - None
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Public Safety Commission approved the minutes of their May 22, 2013
City Council
July 16, 2013
Page 2 of 2
meeting.
3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Public Safety Commission held ten hearings in person, and upheld six
citations and dismissed four citations.
The Public Safety Commission reviewed six hearings requested by written
declaration, and upheld five citations and dismissed one citation.
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file this report.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have a fiscal impact on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2012-13 City Budget.
