A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, PLEDGE Approval of the Minutes of the Continued Meeting of May 17, 2004 and the Wo rkshop Meeting of May 24th. 1) SPRINGBANK Continue the discussion of the Springbank Concept Plan focusing on a summary prepared by staff outlining land uses, densities, utilities, lot sizes and traffic issues. 2) U.S. ROUTE 30 REROUTE TO RE NWICK ROAD. Presentation of proposal to consider the U. S. 30 Reroute to Renwick Road and the potential impacts, pros, and cons of such relocation. Discussion to include Village, State, and County involvement and how the proposed reroute affects the overall transportation master plan. 3) DENSITY VALUES IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN A discussion and review of the density values included in the Village Comprehensive Plan. 4) ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES A discussion and review of various environme ntal issues presented by Trustee Fay. B) ANY OTHER BUSINESS DEFERRED ITEMS Open Space Referendum – T. Burghard Development Rights – Plan Commission Personnel Policy – Village Board
