A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL /PLEDGE Approval of the Workshop Minutes for Monday , August 22, 2005. Proclamation for R eady, Set, Relax Day – September 15, 2005 1) KB HOME ILLINOIS – REVISED PLAN FOR POLO CLUB The applicant is proposing to develop a 117 acre site on 119th Street into a 257 unit residential project that will contain 181 single -family homes and 76 tow nhomes. The applicant has made a number of modifications to the plan since the Village Board last reviewed this project in July 2005. One of the major modifications is that the applicant is now proposing approximately 41 acres of commercial prope rty along Route 59. 2) COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TEXT AMENDMENT Staff will give an update on proposed modifications of the Comprehensive Plan including the Public Hearing held on September 6. Staff is looking for direction from the Board on the recomme ndations from the Plan Commission and scheduling the changes for Board action. 3 ) PLAINFIELD CABLE TV 4) HURRICANE RELIEF B) ANY OTHER BUSINESS DEFERRED ITEMS Open Space Referendum – C.
