A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL , PLEDGE Approval of the Workshop Minutes of December 13 , 2004. 1) ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION Directors of area economic development corporations will present information about their organization. General discussion with the Economic Development Commission will follow. 2) COMPREHENSIVE PLAN Density calculations, density ranges, and la nd use category locations will be the discussion topics. These aspects have been identified by some members as areas to consider modifying. Staff is looking for direction on what changes the Board supports. 3 ) MEADOW LANE TRAFFIC CALMING REQUES T Residents of Whispering Creek subdivision have requested a left turn restriction from Indian Boundary to Meadow Lane northbound to reduce the amount of "cut thru" experienced during the AM peak period. Staff seeks comment and direction for a potential ordinance allowing such a restriction. 4) COST SHARING AGREEMENT, SERVICE STAR PARCE L Service Star is proposing a commercial development at the Southwest corner of 119 th St and Route 59. Service Star is proposing to replace the culve rt over Wolf Creek just west of Route 59 adjacent to the proposed commercial development. Staff is seeking comment on a proposed agreement to share the costs of the culvert replacement. The Cost Sharing Agreement and Staff report are attached. B ) ANY OTHER BUSINESS DEFERRED ITEMS Open Space Referendum – T. Burghard Development Rights – Plan Commission Personnel Policy – Village Board REMINDER: TRANSPORTATION OPEN HOUSE – JANUARY 13 6 -9PM BOARD MEETING – JANUARY 17 - 7PM
