A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL /PLEDGE ___Fay ___Lamb ___M anning ___Collins ___Racich ___Dement ____Waldorf ___Kelly ___Newton ___Wilson ___Primiano ___Ford Approval of the Committee of the Whole Workshop Minutes for Monday , October 24, 2005 . 1 ) RIVERWALK STUDY Representatives from Hitchcock Design Group wil l be present to gather input from the Village and Park District Board members on design features to be considered along the Riverwalk. This information will help narrow the number of options and allow the consultant to better use the information t o better define the concepts. INTERMISSION 2 ) PARKING ON LOCKPORT STREET The Board has recently raised concerns about parking on Lockport Street and how it affects site lines for vehicles looking to cross via James Street, Fox River Street , Jam es Street & DesPlaines Street. Staff will offer options and seek direction from the Board as to how they wish to address the situation. 3 ) STRATEGIC PLANNING Discussion of a strategic Planning Process for the Village. Basic principles of a stra tegic plan and the steps involved as well as the logistical issues will be discussed.
