A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL /PLEDGE Approval of the Committee of the Whole Workshop Minutes and Executive Session for Monday , November 14 , 2005 . 1 ) NORMAN TOWN PRAIRIE The applicant is seeking to develop 271 residential units on approximately 121 acres of property located on 127th Street, just west of Route 30 and east of Heggs Road. 2 ) PLAINFIELD GRAIN ELEVATOR The applicant is seeking the input of the Village Board on a proposal for using the Plainfield Grain Elevator as an indoor rock climbing facility. The subject site is located between Main Street and Plainfield/Naperville Road, east o f Route 59. 3) STRATEGIC PLANNING Discussion of the goals, processes, and initial thoughts to be utilized in the Strategic Planning Process for the Village.
