A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL Approval of the Workshop Minutes of July 11, 2005. 1) QUINN HOUSE DEMOLITION APPLICATION An applicant is interested in the demolition of the Quinn House at the corner of Oak Street and Route 59. This would be considered a historic property in the recently approved survey and extends the demolition along Route 59. They want the Boar d to be aware of the potential demolition and are seeking Board input on the development of the property. 2) DEMOLITION ORDINANCE REVISIONS Seeking discussion and input on proposed changes to the demolition ordinance as identified by the His toric Preservation Commission. These changes include, but are not limited to, a required historical impact study of any building determined to have architectural and historic significance; and provisions for the protection of trees on the site t o be demolished. Recommended fee & penalty structures have also been included. 3) KUHN FARM/119TH STREET The applicant is seeking input on a concept plan for a 123 multi -family unit and 65 single -family lot residential development on approximat ely 70 acres. In addition, the applicant is proposing 5.4 acres of commercial property within this proposed development. The subject site is located at the southwestern corner of 119th Street and Heggs Road. The subject property is currently l ocated in unincorporated Will County and will be required to be annexed into the Village.
