A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL Approval of the Workshop Minutes of July 25 , 2005. 1) DEMOLITION APPLICATION -HISTORIC I TEMS The Board wish es to discuss the requirement of an affidavit being submitted that states that the structure proposed to be demolished is not listed as a historic structure and the list of structure s identified as historic in the design guidelines. 2 ) UPDATE ON RIVER POINT ESTATES CONCERNS Last week during the public comment section of the Village Board meeting a brief discussion occurred regarding actions taken by the developer of the River Point Estates Subdivision. Specifically, concerns wer e raised about the unauthorized placement of fill within the floodplain. As directed by the Village Board the developer has been notified that all other work, that is unrelated to this issue, is to cease and his subdivision is essentially “shutdo wn” until the fill within the floodplain is properly removed. Staff will provide the Board with an update on the status of the fill removal. Information will also be provided regarding the previous placement of fill within the retention pond.
