A) CALL TO ORDER, RO LL CALL Approval of the Workshop Minutes and Executive Session of August 8 , 2005. 1) REFUSE HAULING PROGRAM Currently, Waste Management provides waste hauling services to the Village’s residents, but the contract expires on December 31, 2005. St aff is seeking direction regarding several aspects of the refuse hauling program. The areas for discussion are: contract extension, changes to the waste hauling program, and changes in pick up days. Mr. Mike Morley from Waste Management will be i n attendance to discuss the options available and answer questions. B) ANY OTHER BUSINESS DEFERRED ITEMS Open Space Referendum – C. Minick Comprehensive Plan – Village Board Transportation Meeting – C. Minick Parking on Lockport Street – J.
