C) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS D) TRUSTEES COMMENTS E) BU SINESS MEET ING 1 ) GRANDE PARK SOUTH (WE W ILL LIMIT DISCUSSION TO 2 HOURS) a) Seeking a motion to open the continued Public Hearing for Grande Park South officially opened on September 18, 2006. b) Seeking a motion to close the Public Hearing or conti nue the Public Hearing to November 13, 2006. 2) FESTIVAL EVALUATION Per the Village Board’s request, staff has included an analysis of the Village’s labor costs for the festivals and events within the downtown. The Board had requested a discussion of th e economic impacts of the festivals and the effects that closing Lockport Street has on the community. Staff is seeking direction from the Board. F ) ANY OTHER BUSINESS DEFERRED ITEMS Open Space Referendum – C. Minick Architectural Review Committee – J.
