C) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS D) TRUSTEES COMMENTS E) BUSINESS MEETING 1) RENWICK ROAD BRIDGE Roger Wright of Hutchinson Engineering will give the Board an update o n t he status of the Renwick Road Bridge Project. The Village has partnered with IDOT, Will County, and Plainfield Township to construct a bridge across the DuPage River along Renwick Road. This bridge will replace the current one -lane structure. Plainfield Township is the lead agency on the project, as the bridge currently falls within Township jurisdiction. 2) GRANDE PARK SOUTH PUBLIC HEARING (Limit Discussion to 1 Hour) a) Seeking a motion to open the continued Public Hearing for Grande Park South officially opened on September 18, 2006. b) Seeking a motion to close the Public Hearing. F) Seeking a motion to Adjourn to a Joint Meeting with the Historic Preservation Commission, to reconvene. RECONVENED COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE WORKSHOP G) Seeking a motion to reconvene the Committee of the Whole Workshop. H) CONTINUED BUSINESS MEETING 4) LINCOLN HIGHWAY GAZEBOS The I llinois Lincoln Highway Coalition (ILHC) has received a grant for the construction of twenty (20) Interpretative Gazebos along the Lincoln Highway (Route 30) across the State of Illinois. ILHC has invited the Village of Plainfield to participate in this grant opportunity and become one of the first twenty communities to receive a gazebo. ILHC and staff are seeking feedback from the Village Board on its willingness to participate in this opportunity. I) ANY OTHER BUSINESS DEFERRED ITEMS Open Space Refe rendum – C.
