A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL/PLEDGE B) Approval of the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole Workshop and Joint Meeting with the Historic Preservation Commission of November 27, 2006. C) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS D) TRUSTEES COMMENTS E) BUSINESS MEET ING 1 ) GIS UPDATE Staff will give an update on GIS. 2) BONUS SYSTEM DISCUSSION Per recent Board request, Staff will present a brief overview of the density bonus system as d irected by the Comprehensive Plan. Staff discussion will focus on the particulars of the program, its history, and its integration into the project density levels contained in the Comprehensive Plan. Staff wou ld be seeking comment from the B oard regardin g the bonus system. 3) GRANDE PARK SOUTH (Please bring your binders to the meeting) The Public Hearing for the annexation agreement has concluded. Board discussion of the proposed Grande Park South Development will begin. Staff will make brief remarks r egarding the common questions raised during the public hearing process. Representatives from other governmental agencies have been invited to answer any questions that the Board may have relative to the impacts on the other districts. Staff commentary w ill be brief, we would like to answer questions and hear the comments and feedback of the Board regarding this development. We will schedule additional time at our January 3 Committee of the Whole Meeting for discussion of financial and infrastructure asp ects of the development. James A. Manning James Racich COW December 11, 2006 Page 2 of 2 4 ) LOCKPORT STREET CONCEPTUAL STREETSCAPE PLAN PRESENTATION Representatives of the Lockport Streetscape Committee will present the Lockport Street Conceptual Streetscape Plan. The plan is a framework for improvements to Loc kport Street between James Street and Illinois Route 59 to be constructed following the jurisdictional transfer and re -routing of U.S. Route 30 north to 143rd Street. The Committee is seeking input and direction from the Village Board regarding the propose d plan. F ) ANY OTHER BUSINESS DEFERRED ITEMS Open Space Referendum – C.
