1. ROLL CALL
Present: Rick Fereday, Scott Findlay, Bonnie Bertram, Robin Gerblick
Absent: Fred Drake, Don Bailey, John Watkins
2. URBAN RENEWAL PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
a. Resolution 06-2
Staff advised the Commission that the Star News had not published
the public hearing notice for the July 18, 2006 hearing on the Bond
Resolution. The hearing has to be held again and a separate resolution
adopted. Staff presented a hearing schedule.
Rick Fereday moved to rescind Resolution 06-2. Robin Gerblick
seconded. Motion passed 4-0.
b. Workshop on Bonds for Construction
The Board held a workshop with Eric Heninger of Seattle Northwest
Securities. Eric described his firm's role in the process and answered
questions from the Board.
3. RECESS AND MOVE TO LEGION HALL AT 7:00 PM
