A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL/PLEDGE ___Fay ___Lamb ___Manning ___Collins ___Racich ___Dement ____Waldorf ___Kelly ___Newton ___Wilson ___Primiano ___Ford  Approval of the Committee of the Whole Workshop Minutes and Executive Session minutes for Monday, February 13, 2006. 1) RIVERWALK At the November 14, 2005 joint workshop with the Park District both Boards discussed a vision for the DuPage Riverfront from Route 59 south to Renwick Road. The Board members identified elements to consider in the development of a con cept plan for the Riverwalk. Representatives from Hitchcock Design Group will be present to outline how those concepts and input from other groups have been integrated into a preliminary plan. B) ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION for the purposes of lan d acquisition for the Village Board to reconvene. 2) OBERG Over a year ago, Mr. Mark Oberg of 13236 Red Star Drive contacted that Village and indicated that the sump pump within his basement started to operate more frequently after the constru ction of the Prairie Ponds subdivision had occurred. Concurrently, he has stated that the retention pond south of his property, constructed as part of the Prairie Ponds Development, is the cause of his problem. Since this condition was first reported a great deal of research has occurred. Recently, at Mr. Oberg’s request, L&S Associates, Inc. completed an evaluation of the groundwater near his residence. A copy of this report has been included within the agenda packet as well as several other re lated documents. Staff will provide an overview on this issue and seek direction from the Board. 3) PRAIRIE CREEK BRIDGE CONCEPT PLAN The Prairie Creek developer seeks to construct a bridge crossing of the east branch of the Norman Drain consisten t with the Concept Plan approved with the Prairie Creek planned unit development. Construction of the bridge crossing is required to complete construction of retention areas for the commercial portion of the Prairie Creek development and to provide temporary access to the east side of the property. This will be the first in a series of public budget presenta tions. Please bring your copy of the draft budget that was distributed previously.
