B) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS C) TRUSTEES COMMENTS 1) PLAINFIELD SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR BOUNDARY AGREEMENT AMENDMENT Discussion on a request from Plainfield School District 202 to consid er a disconnection of a parcel of land along 119 th Street from Plainfield Naperville Road to Essington Road. The school district superintendent will be present to present the proposal and to answer questions regarding the concept. The School Distri ct and Staff are seeking direction as to whether this option is acceptable to the Board. 2) PLAINFIELD CABLE TV POLICIES Per previous Board direction, attached is a draft copy of the proposed policies and procedures for admini stering the Village's Community Access Channel on the Cable Television System. Staff is seeking direction as to whether the policies are acceptable to the Mayor and Board of Trustees. 3) REQUEST FOR BOUNDARY AGREEMENT AMENDMENT – OSWEGO We hav e received a request from the Village of Oswego to amend the boundary agreement. Currently, the boundary line splits a parcel of property between the two Villages. The landowner has requested that Oswego institute the process to amend the boundary a greement line so that the entire parcel may be included on Oswego's side of the boundary agreement line. James A. Manning Jim Racich COW April 24, 2006 Page 2 of 2 4) ENGINEERING SUBDIVISION REVIEW PROCESS The Village currently utilizes the services of Baxter & Woodman Consulting Engineers to review design plans and related documents submitted by developers working within our community. This review process occurs in several stages as feedback is provided to insure that the plans submitted by the developer are consistent with the Village's stand ards. All of the fees charged by Baxter & Woodman for this service are recovered from the developers. Steve Amann of Baxter & Woodman will provide an overview outlining the steps followed in the subdivision review process. The Site Plan Review, P reliminary Plat, and Final Plat Checklists will be discussed as part of Mr. Amann's presentation. D) ANY OTHER BUSINESS DEFERRED ITEMS Open Space Referendum – C.
