A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL/PLEDGE ___Fay ___Lamb ___Manning ___Collins ___Ra cich ___Dement ____Waldorf Approval of the Board minutes for Monday, March 13 , 2006. 1) NEW ZONING ORDINANCE DISCUSSION Teska Associates would like to present the updated Zoning Ordinance to the Village Board for their review and consideration. The various changes between the existing and new ordinance will be highlighted during this workshop. 2) HPC GRANT PROGRAM The Historic Preservation Commission is seeking input from the Village Board on a proposed grant program for removing siding and painting of structures that have been identified as landmark structures in the Village. 3) TIF DISCUSSION 4) NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER EVENT 5 ) OVERVIEW AND DISCUSSION - FISCAL YEAR 2006 -2007 BUDGET Staff will present the Miscellaneous Funds Progra m and wrap -up .
