C) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS Sergeant Greco – War Monument D) TRUSTEES COMMENTS E) BUSINESS MEETING 1) PEMA PRESENTATION Plainfield Emerge ncy Management Agency will give presentation. 2) PROJECT LIGHTSPEED Representatives from AT&T will present specifics of their Project Lightspeed. 3 ) ZONING INTERPRETATION AND POLICY ISSUE - ATHLETIC TRAINING/HEALTH CLUB/GYMNASIUM USES IN THE INDUSTRIAL DIS TRICTS Staff is seeking direction from the Village Board with respect to several policy questions concerning non -industrial uses in the I -1 (Office, Research, and Light Industrial) and I -2 (General Industrial) Districts. These policy questions stem from t wo (2) separate pending requests to allow non -industrial uses – a wrestling practice facility and a martial arts academy – to be located within an existing industrial building which is zoned I -2, located at 13900 Van Dyke Road.
