A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL/PLEDGE B) Approval of the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole Workshop held on June 25, 2007. C) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS D) TRUSTEES COMMENTS E) BUSINESS MEETING 1) ARBOR OF PLAINFIELD Discussion regarding concerns related to groundwater levels, sump pump operations, and surface water . The purpose of the meeting is to receive input from affected homeowners, review the results of data collection efforts, and evaluate the potential solutions as identified within the attached staff report. Staff will be seeking Board direction as to which option the Village Staff will pursue. Representatives of Hamilton Engineering, Baxter & Woodman, and American Classic Homes have accepted invitations to attend the meeting. 2) VILLAS OF PLAINFIELD The de veloper is seeking authorization from the Village Board to begin mass grading in advance of final plat and final engineering approval. The Plan Commission recommended approval of the final plat on July 3, 2007. The Village Board will consider the final p lat on July 16, 2007.
