A) CALL TO ORDE R, ROLL CALL/PLEDGE B) Approval of the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole Workshop and Executive Session held July 23, 2007 C) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS D) TRUSTEES COMMENTS E) BUSINESS MEETING 1) LIQUOR ORDINANCE 2 ) RESTAURANT OUTDOOR SEATING PR OPOSALS FOR LOCKPORT STREET ALLEY Two restaurant owners have recently submitted proposals to construct outdoor seating areas behind their existing restaurant buildings adjacent to the alley on the south side of Lockport Street. The Zoning Code permits outd oor seating as an accessory use. A building permit would be required, at which time such aspects as setbacks and parking would be reviewed. Separately, a different class of liquor license would be required for outdoor service and consumption. Staff and th e restaurant owners are seeking direction from the Village Board on the feasibility of the outdoor seating proposals prior to proceeding with preparation of construction plans and prior to applications for the Class K liquor licenses. 3) ANIMAL ORDINANCE 4) SETTLERS’ PARK BATHROOM F) ANY OTHER BUSINESS DEFERRED ITEMS Open Space Referendum – C.
