LOCKPORT STREET 7:00 P.M. A) CALL TO ORD ER, ROLL CALL/PLEDGE B) Approval of the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole Workshop and Executive Session held on October 8, 2007 . C) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS D) TRUSTEES COMMENTS E) BUSINESS MEETING 1) ARBOR OF PLAINFIELD WATER ISSUES On June 4, 20 07, at the Village Board Meeting, several residents of the Arbor Place Subdivision expressed concerns related to the groundwater levels, sump pump operation, and surface water. After Staff had investigated the concerns of each resident, the Board discussed this issue at the Committee of the Whole meeting on July 9 th . As directed by the Mayor and Board, Staff has completed a comprehensive study regarding water issues within the Arbor Subdivision. Staff will provide a brief overview of work completed and seek Board direction on how to proceed with this issue. Representatives of Hamilton Engineering, Baxter & Woodman, American Classic Homes, and Wilcox Development have been invited to attend the meeting. 2) GREEN VILLAGE Staff would like to present the Green Vill age initiative to the Village Board which encompasses the Countryside Plan, Beautification Plan and Native Plantings Guidelines. The Green Village initiative reflects the Village's continued commitment to ecologically sensitive and sustainable development for the future.
