LOCKPORT STREET 7:00 P.M. A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL/PLEDG E B) Approval of the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole Workshop held on January 14, 2008 . C) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS D) TRUSTEES COMMENTS E) BUSINESS MEETING 1) DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE Peter Theodore from the architectural firm of Camburas & Theodor e will be presenting an architectural and design workshop on commercial design for the Village Board and Plan Commission. Mr.. Theodore is a graduate of the University of Miami's architectural school and has been an architect for over 20 years. Over the pa st 20 years Mr.. Theodore's firm has worked on over 1,000 commercial projects throughout the United States. Currently, Mr.. Theodore's clients include Jewel, Walgreens and Fifth Third Bank. 2) BOARD/PLAN COMMISSION COMMUNICATION 3 ) LOCKPORT STREET CONSTR UCTION MANAGER EVALUATION Pursuant to a Request for Proposals (RFP), staff has received proposals from qualified firms to provide pre -construction and construction management services for the planned Lockport Street utility, road and streetscape improvemen t project. The Lockport Streetscape Committee is scheduled to consider the proposals at its meeting on January 23, 2008 to provide its recommendation regarding the proposals. The recommended firm(s) would then be given an opportunity to present to the Comm ittee of the Whole and answer questions from the Board.
