A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPOINTING ENGINEER OF WORK AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON:
That H.M. Scott and Associates be, and is hereby appointed
Engineer of Work for the doing of all the necessary engineering work and
exercising all of the functions provided for the office of Engineer of Work
under the "Improvement Act of 1911", in connection with the construction of
improvements along the west side of South Dolores Street, between 213th
and Javalin, and along the north side of 213th Street between South Dolores
and Bolsa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the employment
be as provided by agreement by and

That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Carson be,
and they are hereby, authorized to sign and -attest -the agreement employing
the said firm of H.M. Scott and Associates as Engineer of Work for and in
behalf of the City of Carson in said assessment district.

California, do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City
Council of said City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution
No. 69-45, was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City
at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 7th day
of April, 1969, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Clark, Junk, Smith, Yamamoto
and Marbut.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
