LOCKPORT STREET 7:00 P.M. A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL/PLEDGE B) Approval of the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole Workshop held on January 28, 2008 . C) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS D) TRUSTEES COMMENTS E) BUSINESS MEETING 1) GLAD STONE ANNEXATION AMENDMENT REQUEST A representative from Gladstone Builders and Dev elopers will present their proposal to adjust Village fees based on a set number of residential unit permits. The proposal also includes elements on the timing of fees and an accelerated fee payment for road improvements. These elements require an amendm ent to the annexation agreement. 2) GIS PRESENTATION A Trustee requested a presentation on the Geographic Information System (GIS) program which has been a yearly practice. The GIS Division of Community Development Department will outline what GIS is a s well as some of the accomplishments including addressing, special census management, locating utilities (Global P ositioning System), data bases for D epartments, and data sharing agreements. They will then present future projects and goals. 3) ANIMAL O RDINANCE Staff presents the Animals Ordinance for review and comment. Previously suggested modifications have been incorporated into the Ordinance. Staff will discuss these changes, and also seek further direction on the leash requirement set forth in the Ordinance.
