LOCKPORT STREET 7:00 P.M. A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL/PLEDGE B) Approval of the Minutes of the Committ ee of the Whole Workshop held on Monday, July 14 , 2008. C) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS D) TRUSTEES COMMENTS E) WORKSHOP MEETING 1) THE REGIONAL ANSWER TO CANADIAN NATIONAL (TRAC) Plainfield , Naperville, and Aurora hosted a regional educational and “call to action” meeting recently . With local and regional press, nearly 800 people were in attendance. The information provided at the meeting and Village’s follow up after the meeting will be discussed. 2) WILL COUNTY 2030 PLAN The Village of Plainfield’s po rtion of the Will County 2030 plan will be discussed as it addresses the updates to County controlled roads within the Village. 3 ) RENWICK ROAD BRIDGE OVER THE DUPAGE RIVER Plainfield Township plans to host a public hearing from 5 -8pm on Tuesday, July 29 t h , 2008 about the Phase I Report of the proposed bridge over the DuPage River that will end at an at -grade rail crossing . An update will be provided to the board.
