On or about August 21, 2023, a STATEMENT OF VIOLATION AND NOTICE OF HEARING before the Gulf Stream Code Enforcement Special Master to be held on August 30, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. at the Gulf Stream Town Hall, 100 Sea Road, Gulf Stream, Florida 33483 was posted in the Notice Board located at 100 Sea Road, Gulf Stream, Florida 33483. A photograph of the posting is attached as "Exhibit A." Case Number: CE 23-01 Location: 2900 Avenue Au Soliel Owner: 2900 AAS LLC 3. 1 reviewed email correspondence from Mr. Bhavin Shah, who holds himself out as the owner of 2900 Avenue Au Soleil, dated August 16, 2023 at 6:05 p.m. in which Mr. Shah stated that: "I would also like to make sure that you have a new mailing address on record for 2900 AAC, LLC, the owner of the property referenced still seem to be addressed to the old mailing address." The new mailing address Mr. Shah provided in the August 16, 2023 at 6:05 p.m. email is: 2900 AAC, LLC c/o Bhavin Shah 4555 Coquina Road Ocean Ridge, FL 33435 A copy of the August 16, 2023 at 6:05 p.m. email is attached as "Exhibit B." Page 1 of 2 4. I also appreciate your and your team taking the time to have so many conversations with them over the past few days in helping them move forward with the planning required for the purchase. As you know the Closing was scheduled for the 24th of this month, but given they would like to submit something initially to the Town and receive some feedback, they have asked me for a 14 day extension. Therefore, I was hoping that you could extend the August 11th deadline for amending the violations to September 15th, which is approximately a week after their extension would have ended and the purchase closed. As you know, if Court and Laura close on the property, their intention would be to immediately ask for a demolition permit and begin building a new home.
