A) CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL/PLEDGE B) Approval of the Minute s of the Joint Meeting with the Plainfield Township and the Committee of the Whole Workshop held on November 24, 2008. C) PRESIDENTIAL COMMENTS D) TRUSTEES COMMENTS E) WORKSHOP MEETING 1) POSSIBLE FEDERAL GRANT FUNDING OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS Over the past month the Village has been researching the possibility of receiving grant funding for needed public improvements. It is our understanding that while a formal program has not yet been established, our Federal and State Representative would like a cond ensed list of projects that could be under construction within a short period of time. The Mayor has drafted a letter that includes a list of projects that are ready or will soon be ready for bidding if funding is available. Staff is currently seeking inp ut from the Village Board on this “draft” letter.
