RESOLUTION NO. 69-71
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
TRANSFERRING $25,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE
PAYROLL REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Ordinance No. 69-85, amended Section 2507.1
of Chapter 5 of Article 11 of the Carson Municipal Code by directing the City Treasurer to
establish a "Payroll Revolving Fund" on which all payroll checks shall be drawn, and did
stipulate in said amendment that said Payroll Revolving Fund shall be maintained and replenished
out of the General Fund of the City and shall not contain monies in excess of $25,000.00, unless
otherwise authorized by resolution of the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carson,
as follows:
Section 1. That $25,000.00 is hereby transferred from the General Fund of the
City to the Payroll Revolving Fund.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 1969.

foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 69-71, was duly and regularly adopted by the City
