RESOLUTION #98-11
ESTABLISHING A PETTY-CASH FUND FOR THE BOROUGH
OF CARTERET PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:5-21
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions o£N.J.S.A. 40A:5-2! a Petty
Cash Fund be established £or the Borough o£Carteret upon final approval from the
Division otLocal Government Services; and
WHEREAS, said Petty Cash Fund will be maintained and accounted for by the
Purchasing Department in the amount o£ $250.00; and
WHEREAS, the Custodian o£said Fund will be bonded with corporate surety in the
amount o£$1,000.00.
Adopted this 1 st day of January, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 2, 1998.
