A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
CITY OF CARSON, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 69-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carson, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, that the plans, profiles and specifications and map submitted by H. M.
Scott and Associates, Engineer for the City of Carson for proposed Assessment District No.
69-1 be and they are hereby adopted as the plans and specifications for the doing of said
work and improvement.
That said plans, profiles and specifications and map shall be filed in the office of
the Street Superintendent and copies thereof shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk of
said City.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2

I, MARILYN R. CORTINA, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the
foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 69-89, was duly and regularly adopted by the
City Council of said City ata regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on
the 28th day of July, 1969, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
