AIRPORT ADVISORY COMMITTEE
MINUTES
May 10, 1989, 8:00 a.m.

1. Pioneer Aviation Lease Proposal: After reviewing the proposal,
the committee recommends that a lease be executed for the additional
property if the following conditions are met:
a. Paving of the entire area between the hangar and jet apron
be done,
b. That the lease include all land required for the
development, specifically land to be used for a drainfield,
c. That a vehicle parking area be paved,
d. And that a sewer stub be included for future connection to a
city sewer line.
2. Ordinance and Minimum Standard Review: The committee worked at
reviewing and revising the code and standards. Staff will compile the
work to date and return a draft at the next meeting.
Without further business, the Committee adjourned at 12:00 noon.
