A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN OPTION
AGREEMENT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
That certain option agreement between Surety Savings and Loan Association
and the City of Carson, granting to the City of Carson an option on the terms and conditions
set forth in said agreement, with respect to the following described real property:
That portion of Tract No. 27635, in the City of Carson, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, as shown on map filed in Book 720
pages 32 and 33 of Maps, in the office of the Recorder of said County,
which lies Northerly of a line parallel with and 286 feet Northerly,
measured at right angles, from the Southerly line of Lot 4 of said
Tract.
EXCEPTING therefrom the Westerly 135 feet of the Northerly 135
feet of Lot 25
is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Carson.

I, MARILYN R. CORTINA, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 70-019, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held
on the 26th day of January, 1970, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Yamamoto, Smith, Marbut,
Clark and Junk.
NOES: COUNCI LMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
