URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY
Meeting Minutes
August 3, 2007
1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 am. Members in attendance were
Chairman Rick Fereday, John Watkins, Bonnie Bertram, Don Bailey, and
Robin Gerblick; Scott Jeffrey participated via telephone. Tony Nash was
absent. There was a quorum present.
Staff and consultants in attendance included Lindley Kirkpatrick, Fred Mack
(via telephone), Betsy Roberts (via telephone), Joe Samer (via telephone),
and Mandi Roberts (via telephone).
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 8:01 am Mr. Bailey moved to go into Executive Session for litigation,
pursuant to Idaho Code §67-2345(1)f. Mr. Watkins seconded the motion. In
a roll call vote, all members voted in favor. MOTION CARRIED.
At 8:55 am Mrs. Bertram moved to return to open session. Mr. Bailey
seconded the motion. All members voted in favor. MOTION CARRIED.
Chairman Fereday stated that the Board will stand by its July 9 decision to
re -bid the Legacy Park project.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Hearing no further business, Chairman Fereday adjourned the meeting at
8:58 am.
