A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CITY EMPLOYEES TO
EXAMINE SALES TAX RECORDS MAINTAINED BY THE
STATE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
WHEREAS, the City of Carson is desirous of obtaining certain information
from the sale tax records maintained by the State Board of Equalization;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Carson does hereby authorize Morris Vance, Executive Assistant and Cenon Nunag,
Accountant for the City of Carson to examine the sales tax records maintained by the
State Board of Equalization.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of March , 1970.
