® AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §7 OF ORDINANCE 1998 -13 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE
SIZE OF DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE, INDIANA,
FIXING SALARIES FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF SUCH DEPARTMENTS AND FIXING THE SALARIES
OF CERTAIN OTHER APPOINTED OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 1999.
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana passed Ordinance 1998 -13
establishing the size of Departments of the City Government of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, fixing
salaries for the employees of such Departments and fixing the salaries of certain other appointed officials
for the year 1999, and
BE IT ORDAINED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana,
that §7 of Ordinance 1998 -13 which reads as follows:
M1 -Collection System Maintenance 16,000.00 16,000.00 +longevity
is amended to read as follows:
M2 - Shift Operator #4 16,000.00 16,000.00 +longevity
BE IT ORDAINED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, that §7 of
Ordinance 1998 -13 is hereby amended. All other sections of §7 shall remain in full force and effect,
unchanged.
