RESOLUTION #98-13
APPOINTING PUBLIC AGENCY COMPLIANCE OFFICER
FOR AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, the Affirmative Action Office, Department of the Treasury, requires
each municipality to designate a person to act as a liaison and to serve as a Public
Agency Compliance Officer for Affirmative Action; and
WHEREAS, said requirements are pursuant to P.L. 197C.127 (NJ.AC 17:27)
Public Contracts Law; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
Gloria Goodrich
is hereby appointed Public Agency Compliance Officer for the Borough of Carteret
for 1998.
Adopted this I st day of January, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 2, 1998.
