A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPOINTING ENGINEER OF WORK AND AUTH-
ORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carson that Koebig and
Koebig be, and is hereby appointed Engineer of Work for the doing of all the necessary
engineering work and exercising all of the functions provided for the office of Engineer in
connection with the plans for the 1970 Storm Drain Bond Issue Project No. 9803, Lines A,
B and C and the plans and construction of improvements along Mehden Avenue between
234th Street and 235th Street; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the employment of said Koebig and Koebig
shall be as provided by agreement by and between the City of Carson and Koebig and Koebig;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Carson be, and they are hereby, authorized to sign and attest the agreement employing the
said firm of Koebig and Koebig as Engineer of Work for and in behalf of the City of Carson
in said improvement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 1970 .

I, Marilyn R. Cortina, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the
foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 70-157, was duly and regularly adopted by the
City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the
12th day of December, 1970, and that the same was so passed by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Junk, Marbut, Smith, and Leahy.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Spence.
