A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON AMENDING THE CITY BUDGET AND
APPROPRIATING REVENUE FOR THE 1970-71 FISCAL
YEA R
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on the 29th day of June 1970, adopt
Resolution No. 70-085, a resolution adopting a city budget and appropriating revenue
for the 1970-71 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, there was omitted from Resolution No. 70-085,certain proposed
maintenance expenditures to be made from the Aid to Cities Allocation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it desires to use this fund
to offset Select System Street expenditures for permit paveouts, general maintenance, and
specific spot problems during the remainder of fiscal year 1970-71.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carson as follows:
the addition of: Section I. That Section 3 of Resolution No. 70-085 be amended by

To Maintenance of Select System of Streets $ 91,150.00
To Construction
C.C. 11 - Ava Ion/Turmont 48r000.00
C.C. 17 - Dolores-223rd/Carson 58,000.00
Fund Total TF97,150.00
Section 2. That the sum of $197,150.00 is hereby appropriated for
expenditure during t e fiscal year 1970-71.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 1971.

certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the fore-
going resolution, being Resolution No. 71-031, was duly and regularly adopted by the City
Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 1st
day of March, 1971, and the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
