A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON RE AGREEMENT WITH COMPTON-WILLOWBROOK-
ENTERPRISE COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY TO PROVIDE
UNEMPLOYED YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN FOR WORK -
TRAINING PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City of Carson is desirous of participating in the Federally
funded NYC work -training program under the general provisions of the Economic Opportunity
Act of 1964; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds the conditions set forth in the NYC
agreement to be acceptable and to be in the best interest of the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carson:
Section I. That the proposed agreement between the City of Carson
and the Compton-W�i of -w rook -Enterprise Community Action Agency be approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute tt a agreement in form approved by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 1971.

foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 71-038, was duly and regularly adopted by the
