A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON RE AGREEMENT WITH BOISE -CASCADE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1 . That the agreement regarding the improvements in Walnut
Street between t e�of Carson and Boise -Cascade is approved as presented; and that
the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and the Clerk is directed to certify said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1971.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 71-124, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 16th day of August, 1971, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bridgers, Junk, Marbut, Smith and Leahy.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
